Your people say indians have shined in sillicon valley. but many people working in offices dont know basic things like inserting table, adjusting page size, mail-merge, margins, fitting pages, aligning, header, footer, formatting cells, difference between folder and file, printing images and several other things what do you say about this.

Well Madhu, you need to take things in a certain perspective. Indians have shined in Silicon valley is only a figurative representation of Indians doing well in computer industry, it does not mean that Indians in general are very good with computers.
