In a simoilar type of case in an Army HQ the incharge sought sanctiuon of getting a swimming pool made in the premises.Bills were submitted and passed by the head office.Ehen the next incharge took over he did not find any swimming pool there as it was never made.He wrote to tye head office that the swimming pool is hazardous for people's health and sought permission to get it closed.Permission was granted by HO.The bills were submitted and passed.Both the outgoing as well as the incoming incharge were happy.It happens only in India! Jai Ho!
