You hear strange sounds in your neighbours flat.
Do you go there to enquire OR it is none of your bvusiness?

Depends upon the type of sounds - if it sounds like someone is in danger I would phone for the emergency services. If it is a violent argument between the people living there I might get injured myself by interferring - better to get the professionals to deal with it.
