It do happen and happened many times to me. Because it is not true that the doubt or question strikes only our mind. Similar or same question may arise in many minds and they have already posted and got answers also. Hence a prompt comes once you submit questions for reviewing are to force submit. So if already such questions are there you will get answers also. if no answer is found you can definitely submit Question again and expect answers from different people. Nothing to feel bad about....!
