Q.

When innocents are endangered why do the police bureucracy forget to act promptly or take precautions even after repeated intelligence informations?? Instead after all is done they put up conditions in front of the common ppl why they dint inform the police abt the attacks. What happened in the Shilda Police camp is proof of false sense of security lulling ppl n police to inaction ??..or a lapse in communication amongst informers n police ??
