Q.
Yet another bold observation by the rating agency " It pointed to the division of roles between a politically powerful Congress president and an appointed Prime Minister as having weakened the framework for making policy, in our view.-- This most of us know to be true and our economic policy suffers from imaginative drive. How to cure this malfunction in administration?

Now that S&P have given even the reason for slow growth of our country. If the Indian voters fail to realize their follies and vote the right party to power during next general elections, there is never going to be any sort of remedy for our country's future.

The PM is not expected to be chief of nation as well as chief of the party. It is by design. Even other political parties like BJP had different persons running for the post of PM and president of party. It had not caused even a ruffle then, why now?
The Indian government is not doing great, is a well known fact.
The policy decisions are suffering. Just count the number of days the opposition parties (specifically BJP) created chaos in the house, almost halting the decision making process in the Parliament. The congress led government should have actually dispelled such unruly members of BJP. Unfortunately the kindness or meekness shown by the ruling party towards these undisciplined members has cost the nation a lot. With immediate effect, some meaningful action against such people may show the people that the government really means business.

MMS acts like a servant of the gandhi family, if this is not true, atleast all his actions show it to be so. Imagine a sikh stooping to this level. I do not think there will be very many sikhs in the world like that.
