It was rolled out in 1990 by Cong. but the intension was to loot the public money .......... cong. had done many schemes for the development of the public but in an intention to provide the benefit to the GALI politicians of Cong. ............. all schemes had been implemented in the name of commonman but looted by the so called Chamchas of village level or in other words we can say , for the benefit of Cong. workers .......... now BJP has changed the Voice on Temple by getting the resistance from all over ......... now BJP is playing the game of Cong ............ any how, we need a change, if BJP failed to provide the path of nations development then it would be a mileage for Cong to rule of Indians for a next decade and we will be in the hell ..........

Correct, I also mentioned in my of my answer today, govt can solve the sanitation problem of India, In just 1/3rd of the Money they spent annually to deal with diseases caused by Improper sanitation .

why so ? annual sanction of Budget for dealing with these diseases gives many people chance to earn a huge sum, If the problem is solved permanently many will loose the regular source of Income
