Yajnavalkya Upanishad falls in the category of Shukla Yajurvaveda Upanishads. This Upanishad presents a conversation between King Janak and Yagyavalakya in which they are talking about the life of a sanyasi and other aspects of sanyas. In this conversation, Saint Yagyavalakya tells King Janak that Sanyas is a very difficult path to walk on. A person can walk this path by devoting himself to Lord Brahma and through Dhyan and Sadhna. Such a person has to be free from all desires and wants.
