This is to please lord Hanuman, it means Bhagwan Rudra ke Atmswaroop Hanuman ko namaskar hai, jago. ..... but the meanin of such BEEJ mantra's has nothing to do with their impace. There are many mantra's in which is no mention of any god. There meaning is latent and are kept from general people. The worldly people are given mantras which are in some manner or the other connected with some diety. In this Matra the diety is Hanuman himself, who is prayed to relieve anyone from problems coming from any source.
