The heaviest gas at room temperature ( 75 F, 293.15 K) is WF6, or Tungsten Hexafluoride (297.83 g/mol, that's almost 10 times heavier than air!). It changes phase (becomes liquid) at 290.25 K, or about 62.78 F.
