Dear Bhuvana , I agree with Madhavan Avadhany -- gradually its turning to a bollywood movie in terms of delivery and graphics . fortunately ,I had a clip while entered mothers room - honestly speaking I couldnt digest the drama .

It was looking like a Bollywood movie than a TV episode with more focus on graphics than real stuff of Mahabharata. I feel when there is already one of the best versions of Mahabharata is available, is there a need to hv one more?

The old Mahabharata had made an un-erasable impression on the hearts and minds of the people.... No new efforts can redo that....though the picturisation and the real effects can improve with the improved technology....the original remains unique....

I 've seen B.R CHOPRA's "Mahabharat" - It may not be technically and graphically advanced like this one.....but the present version lacks the originality of the basic epic.....Right from the First Episode It was clear that most of the basic facts have been ignored....Where from the Bharatvansi Shantanu came .... and wherefrom Devbrat-Bhisma came ..... this fact was ignored......So itz more like a fictitious movie than a real picturisation of the real epic......Sorry Plight of the retell of the age-old EPIC.....
