In my opinion a treaty or settlement for Kashmir cannot be a solution to stop terrorism. To begin with ,The Kashmir was acceded to India by a treaty with the then Maharaja of Kashmir Shri HARI SINGH, where in it has become our duty to protect Kashmir from foreign aggression. Though Kashmir has a special status with its very own constitution, It is a part and parcel of India and at no point of time there can be a compromise on the ownership of Kashmir.
Coming to the terrorism. No amount of treaties, understandings etc can curb terrorism. We have seen a tough Policeman Mr Rebeiro bringing exrimists in The Punjab under control. Same strategy has to be employed in Kashmir.Remember we are bound to honor the line of control as guided by the UN and bring the area on our side Under peace.

Iwe should not expect any positive response on pakistan they are treating us biggest enemy but we are surrendering to them we are too soft on dealing with jk.even enough facilities are not being provided for amarnath pilgrims after sc and bandh was organised on it.the realistic sol. is that we should agree with present status on jk and keep our preparations tight to fight terrorism with ote bank politics.
