Q.

Would it not be ideal if they make Soli Sorabjee, a legal luminary as the President as he would also be the first Parsi President?

The Parsis have done a lot for the country and that is also the community that gave the Sir Name of Ghandy to the Sonia family. Yes the first Parsi President will be a honour. But I do not think the Congress would favour the candidature of Soli Sorabjee. He is too straight forward like Abdul Kalam and Congress wants a pussy President. Maybe they have to look out for another Parsi who is unlike Soli, which I doubt the community can give to the Congress.
