If found & proved guilty , the sex organ of the rapist must be cut. This is my strong opinion , What you say ?

It would have been a good idea had our investigative, prosecution and judicial systems been fool proof. But since it is not so, it also leaves scope for evil minded women to wrongly frame up innocent men and victimize them.
