BEST requested for a toll free travel and not refused to pay toll. Being cost effective it has to take all measures to reduce the cost of travel. It is Govt. to decide over the issue. I think any other Govt vehicles will also not pay the toll especially police/RTO and the vehicle with amber lights............so they should allow BEST also.

Yes i agree y should we pay 100 rs for every day just to each within 5 min ...............50 rs toll oh its toooo.............................yes i will refuse to pay 100 bucks
