Women are multitalented & born Managers from the begining.Earlier they were not given the right opportunity but now they get every opportunity to prove their talent.

Actually kuchh change nhi hua hai. aaj bhi utna hi make up lgaati hai ladko ko attract krne mei jitna pahle lgaati thi. haa make up mehnga ho gya hai kyonki ab female ki majboori ho gya hai pahle jab jroori hota tha tabhi use hota tha.
