I do not find a wise leader in India,who can generate 100% employment within the available natural and human resources with proper plannings and proper decisions. Indian leaders are power oriented,and utilize their brain for self interest. So India is now fully corrupted, and follow the past practices of British Raj. There is no meaning of Independent India. It is a show only.

Yes, for the suceess of a nation, a wise leadership is needed but the wise leadership needs people to follow or support him/her. A wise leadership needs wise people to follow or support it for the success of a nation in every field.

In the current context I agree with you. Its not about wise leadership but the lack of leadership which is leading to the downfall of India.
