With TOEFL you can go to the USA and Canada. But if you want to go to UK or Australia you will need an IELTS.

Hello!
Warm regards from EGE,
To answer your queries TOEFL scores are mandatory when it comes to studying abroad, especially is the USA which mainly specializes in MBA. The country of the program is really not that important as much as the accreditation. These three accreditations are very important - AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS.
Which ever MBA program you apply to, make sure it has at least one of these accreditations.
Hope this information helps; also in order to fulfill your dream of studying abroad you will need expert guidance. We invite you for a free counseling session with one of our consultants. For more details you can contact us on our toll free no: 1800 10350900 or you can email us at india@egeworld.com

Shalini, Josna is right. However, if you seriously looking to pursue MBA in any of the abroad countries do it through a reputed consultant. One such is Intelligent Partners. Put in a query to them on http://www.intelligentpartners.com/enquiry-form and they will guide you appropriately
