Q.
The only solution to Mumbai traffic problems is to have a vertically arranged 3 tier highway system...
The first tier at a height of 10 mts above ground, the 2nd one 20 mts above ground and the the third tier 30 to 40 mts clear of the ground!!
At an enormous investment, this would solve all the traffic problems in one go!!

There should be bridge straight from VT to Mankhurd and VT to Bandra Kalanagar.So traffic problem will be solved.
