Q.
With cost of printing a 1000 rupee note being just 3.14, what is the guarantee that more notes r not thrown into market by those who printed for govt. there were news that the printing job was done abroad in uk.they have all infrastructure dies paper security matter with them.

Full note is never printed in one press. There are parts.. one press will give water mark or give a thread.. second press will do secret ink job.. or some designing.. No one can get a full job..Further, there is strict counting and security, to foil any attempt of unauthorized printing.
