There is and ther will be a future.
JK rowling author of harry potter series has done stupendous business and hence plans to get an encyclopaedia published now,
books like a little prince and a tale of 2 cities have done business worth more than 200 millions titles sold.
the latest hot seller twilight saga made into movies also did well
and hence the future will also find voracious readers , maybe the volume will be less , but still there might be lovers of reading
