The laws are same for all of us. Its the implementation of the laws which appears to be fautly. The investigation and prosecution is done by the Police, CBI and other Government agencies... and the rich people and politicians influence the investigations as well as prosecution. The second reason is the capability to utilise the services of best lawyers. The third reason is the long and delayed proceedings. So justice is skewed.
