THIS IS ANOTHER STEP TO MAKE THE POOR EITHER NAXALITES OR DIE OF JOINT HUNGER
By introducing ad-hoc appointment system instead of reguar appointments in govt jobs ; the middle class has already been denied appointed permanently and many privileges like increase in pay-scale, dearness allowance, advance against salary, home loan, vehicle loan, residential accommodation, reimbursement of medical expenses, pension and other terminal benefits are denied.
The concept of ad hoc is also an American one, but they pay so heavily that one year-agreement is good enough to meet one's whole life's needs. A report said that in a govt. organisation an American was to be appointment as incharge of Security . An American would have charged 3 million dollars ; they contacted a retired Army chief of India who agreed for 30000 dollar for a year.
If Inda could make appointments on these terms; any body would gladly except, but paying 8000 p.m for 9 months to a professor in a govt. college, who ...more
