This certainly wont work, the agents together with the booking clerks have their way. instead train and Ac coaches should be increased during peak season.

Nothing is going to work because others are always more intellegent than railways to manipulate any system made by Railways.Remove all the agents-this may work. Why agents are required when there is always huge demand and less supply, booking available on most of the stations, thro net, thro mobile.

Most of the tatkal tickets are booked by online users and agents so railway should allot a quota from tatkal tickets to counter users

Railway shoud increase the TATKAL-fees & TATKAL COMPARTMENTS with no "Waiting".
Urgent requirements of the passengers will be fulfilled too & Railway's income will go up.

This is just a superficial change. Unless harsh punishments are introduced for their staff who manipulate the system and misuse Tatkal schemes, it will never work in favor of the general public.
