If the Governor acts unbiased and very objectively out of his own motion ,nothing would be wrong . For example , what the governor did in the larger interest of the nation for which .the Gujarat High Court has rejected state governments petition challenging the appointment of the Lokayukta Justice (retd) RAMehta by Governor Kamala Beniwal, delivering a major blow to Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
