This year the MOM was Anjelo Mathews of the KKR against the Decan Chargers. But during the first IPL in 2008, Macculam of the KKR became the MOM against the Royal Challengers of Bangalore heating 158 runs.

and in 2009 Cape Town, April 19 (IANS) Sachin Tendulkar was adjudged the Man of the Match for the first time in the Indian Premier League (IPL)!!!
