Only good economy and conductive governance can revive aviation or as such any industry in India.
Things like back lash on SEZ policy, 2G scams, leaders like Jairm Ramesh & RaGa, etc. chase away the industrialist. The schemes like FSB bankrupt the taxpayers from Indian middle class.
