If you go by the length of career and variety of performances, though the role was always the same, I think PRAN ruled the screen for more than 40 years as a villain, and remains unbeaten. Even after changing his tack to character roles, he performed unparalleled.

Johnny Depp in Secret window, till end we won't even know that he is the villain. Normally he plays lead role, and he did a great performance as a villain in this movie. Also he did justification to the eccentric character of Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean movie series.
In Hindi I like Nana Patekar for his villain roles in Parinda, Angaar, Agnisakshi, etc. He has a natural talent to incarnate into any role.

Inqs,A Villain can be never be my favourite. But resently I enjoyed the villain attitude shown by Abhishek bachan and John Abraham ,(Dostana) who tried to influence a small kid against Priyanka, due to jealousy, as they ,adored her and didnt want to lose her.I liked Sanjay Dutt in Khal nayak. But I couldnt stand the villian attitude showed by Smita Patil and her Friends in Bazar, where they separate a young girl from her friend and make her marry a Rich old man.It was exploitation. Same way the villainy shown in some art movies are more touchyThe worst villain act I had seen was Raj babbar in Insaaf ka Tarazu. As super villan I can suggest many villians like Gabbar Singh (Amjad Khan) of Sholey. But such villians are only foolish villians who get killed buy the heroes in the End.Villainy act are better shown in Western Movies like Benhur, Gladiator, Brave Heart , Passion of the Christ, Silence of the lambs ,Time to kill, Dead man walking, etc

One person will be your favorite when knowingly or
unknowingly you indentify yourslef with him.
That may be the reason why thereare no fan clubs or villans.
So as such to me " kota srinivasa rao" plays a good villian portions.
but i can not say he is my favourite.
