No way. If there are 3 captains , then whom the youngsters in the team will look up to ??? Moreover , this will create groups within the team much like what happened to India before WC 2007. Sourav Ganguly is the best captain till now for India. People say that Ponting is the greatest captain ever , but one should look that once the legends of the Australina Cricket - Warne , Gilly, Haydos, McGrath, Martyn , Bevan , Martyn , Harvey retired , Aussies were on a downhill slope since then.
But Ganguly led a team only with Tendulkar as its brand power. Rest all the names were unknown to the cricketing world. Kumble , Dravid, Viru, Yuvi, Lax , Balaji, Zak evolved in his captaincy.....

Dada should be the undisputed captain of KKR , no matter that he is not designated as "fit" enough for T-20. In T-20 games , skills and confidence matter more than fitness...

Whenever any Australian coach enters the airspace of India, an undiagnosed madness grips them. Buchanon is also a vicitim of such madness only. Hope sanity prevails with interference of Shahrukh Khan.
