Yes, in the present form of the bill it would be a bane for the Indian set up as it would lead to shutting shop for most of the retailers who would fail to cope up with the price wars emerging out of it. This would lead to the benefit of only the MNC's stepping into India who would gain monopoly in the Retail sector to dictate terms!!
