If you are losing just a few strands then it is normal, but if u feel that the hair loss is much more then get a medical test done. Sometimes some illness, stress causes loss of hair. Try to wash hair with soft water not the harsh hard water of borewell, well etc. Eat a balanced diet and keep you hair clean by washing it twice a week and oiling it before you wash it.
