RECENTLY CABINET CLEARED FOREIGN UNIVERSITY BILL.LAW OF THE LAND IS THAT SUCH UNIVERSITIES CANNOT GRANT DEGREES.AT THE SAME TIME ONE WHO TOOK DEGREES ABROAD NEVER RETURNS TO INDIA. MINISTER KAPIL SIBAL BEING A KNOWN LAWER SAYS THIS WILL INCREASE COMPETITION AND BENCHMARK QUALITY OF OUR EDUCATION. He was the person who introduced (Continuous and Comprehensive Examination) system in India for class IX. Most of the students hate the new system in an indirect way,.WHAT OUR INDIAN UNIVERSITIES ARE SO BAD? WHY COMPANIES LIKE EVERONN EDUCATION LIMITED ETC IS EMPOWERED TO ENHANCE THE PRESENT SYSTEM.DO

The new law proposed is to enable the foreign universities open campus in India ,and there could be conservation of foreign exchange by undergoing their higher education in Indian campus . I think this will improve quality of higher education .
