In my view the Airtel customer service is absolutely sloppy. For me to cancel a connection it took more than three months that too after communicating with them at least 25 times. How will you rate the Airtel customer service?

My Rate will be (-1) if negative i cant give then my rate will \'0\' Sir, even for my Complaints they solved after 4 months and u knw daily i use to call them, and everytime i have to explain all problem frm starting to different different Customer Care executives, even through mail also they dont respond u knw, i was fed up with that......

Airtel or any Customer service is pretty ordinary in India. All the companies are efficient only till they have to sell you a product. Once you have bought, you are forgotten. But I must say, Airtel is one hugely hyped company that gives no value for the customer at all.
