Killing of terrorists amounts to human rights violations. Should it be so, India's record is dismal. Any country can follow suit if New Delhi signs against Sri Lanka as they can sign against India also. Hence it is for the prudence of the UPA dispensation to proceed either way.

Government is is soup. One side the want to have good relationship with Sri Lanka, other side it can not afford to piss off its own people. I feel we must sign. The pictures of bullet ridden boy was way too disturbing.
