Will India bring out black money to save us from financial issues?

If our our political leaders had any concern for the people of this country they would not have hoarded money on the foreign banks instead they could have invested in India itself and that could have generated wealth on its own for the benefit of the common people.In the deep of their deep hearts, all those who have hoarded money in Swiss Banks, are thieves and criminals in the guise of "p0litical leaders".Ironically it is in their hands the power is concentrated and it is they who have to take the decision of getting the block money back to India.Therefore,I am of the opinion that the question of getting the black money back to our country to solve our financial problems may never happen.If it happens yes then it wiould solve our financial problems to some extent.
