3 out of 5 accused are facing death penalty.......when all of them together committed this heinous crime, why only three be hanged to death where 2 others be allowed to take advantage of law and legal process.....but this is the way things are.....changes are the death penalty would be converted into life sentence.....if not by high court then by supreme court as it has done before also many times .....and the case would go upto 2014 or beyond as appeal in supreme court and mercy petition to president is still available to the accused ......let us see what happens..
