No and never. Govt.'s policy of shielding the corrupts has been the sole and striking reason towards stirring for an effective Lokpal. AAP came into being in the process, to make it a law, under compulsion.

Yes they do to quench the heat, but it would not take any where.
Top most agenda in Cong is to build the dynamic image for Rahu but he always fails miserably to create any serious opinion about him in the mind of Viewers.

When clearance has been by the Yavraj,there is no alternative for the Governor.He has to accord permission.
