The congress is capable of doing it. When Late Smt Indira Gandhi , came back to power in1979,She called back J C shah commission reports from all over. The courts formed for the speedy redressals were declared unlawful. At least, I want be caught in a surprise if the cases on the politicians mentioned above,are dropped or delayed.
