Wife of an engineer employed with Kingfisher committed suicide in Palam, Delhi today. The suicide note said that she took the drastic step owing to 'financial stress'...will Kingfisher bear the compensation for it?

In legal terms, the wife of the engineer is not related to the company in any way and hence no question of compensation. But, the engineer has a case for non-payment of salary. And surely, without seeing the clause of service contracts nothing more can be said. The company is as much responsible to the departed lady as much the Governments are accountable to common man.

Kingfisher has gone bankrupt and has no money at all. Mallya has to beg in front of the 5 star hotels to make some money enven to meet his do waqt ka khana!!
