Foreign relief workers for the most part hardly make a difference on the ground. The national disaster relief mechanism, is what makes ALL the difference, in cases of calamities, human made and natural....

off course they are, but equally responsible are the so called developed nations -especailly US of A , which has been turning blind eye towards what is ahppening in Burma,
