In Mumbai, there was a terrible incident that took place. a man sitting besides a lady could not control his sexual desire & mastrubated & poured his siemen on her clothes. Shameless was the person as was the police since the person was from political background & had very good political protection. Police asked the woman to remove her clothes for verification of the cum ....it was really insulting incident for the lady. In our country, people are more hungry for sex due to lack of knowledge & proper guidance as compared to other country. that could be one of the reasons.
