All types of GHEE ( Cow or Buff) contain varied degree of Saturated & Unsaturated Fatty Acids.
These Fatty Acids bound to increase Cholesterol levels.
Cow Ghee contains "Carotene- Precursor of vitamin A"- Carotene add to yellowish colour.
Buff-Ghee do not contain "Carotene" - AND the absence add to white colour to Buff Ghee.
