Charity shd go directly to the needy......; i wonder if the charity ever reaches them through NGOs.........

All over world people do charity and contribute to NGO.

That is what intrigues me a lot. Charity sent to such NGO's do not reach the NEEDY. A recent case of a woman in Chennai who bought luxury cars for herself, helped by a few relatives of hers, thru funds sent from abroad is a clear INDICATOR that we should not send to such NGOs. Nearer home, in Mumbai, the best of foodgrains are taken home by the one who manages the show and provides food unfit for human consumption to the inmates. Mumbai Mirror highlighted the issue as well

So that instead of the needy persons...the NGO's will get THE BENIFIT

Not only Indians but also other country people also do charity
