Hi, Great personalities are not common people. They have to constantly prove to be good , great and special to remain in the hearts of people. A slightest mistake by them will be noticed by others which give others a chance to criticize them.Anyway Some may find solace in doing it but not all ,as all common people would not prefer to spend time for such criticsm or bother about it. Those who find solace in criticizing these personalities may want these great personalities to always do great things to remain great orelse according to them why they have to occupy that great positions they hold ....!.

Flaws of known personalities are very significant, because people adopt them as models. Something wrong there can affect the whole community. For instance, Gandhiji and Sriram are two idols in Indian minds. Both have a few serious peculiarities which are by no means acceptable in today's society. so they have to be analyzed in a unbiased manner for the good of the society!

No solace; only time pass. Only great personalities(and their strength and weaknesses )are well known to many. They provide fodder for discussion, evaluation and comment to the ordinary.

They can't do anything against them......Also such ppl have wrong policies.

Their incompetency makes them to criticise great personalities and find solace.
