Why there are no EAST and WEST poles for earth just like SOUTH and NORTH ... ???

There are TWO poles each (in the north and south) - the geographic pole (the axis about which the earth spins) and the magnetic pole (aligned with the earth's magnetic field).
I have heard Mt. Everest referred to as the third pole in some cases.
