Till religions help us to get along well and live peacefully with others, it is fine.
God has not given conflicting religions. Conflicts are created by people like us.

Sanathan dharma and Vedas are original in the sense it was ordained by God Himself at the dawn of cosmos thru Brahma. Of course Sanathan dharma is not a religion but the way of life stipulated by Bhagawan. Over the ages by wear and tear the Vedas deteriorated in usage and gave rise to many interpretations and darshanas. It was not God but by some intelligent jeevas who created many religions. We can say that God allowed formation of new religions but He was not the cause for it. It is mans decay in standards which gave rise to multiple religions from the original vedic sastras.

Vedic knowledge is called apauruseya, meaning that it is not knowledge of human invention. Vedic knowledge appeared at the dawn of the cosmos within the heart of Brahma, the lotus-born demigod of creation from whom all the species of life within the universe descend. Aap ne char bacche paida kiye, sabko aacha sankaar sikhai, fir bhi ek doctor bangaya to dushra berozgar, tishra saadhu baba bangaya aur cautha chor. ishmein aap ka dosh kya hai. ush bhagwan ka kaam tha inshan banana, so bana diya, inshan agar bat gaya tukdon mein to bhagwaan ka kya dosh hai.
