Why the hindu temples..has this...bell facilty...(and some other religious..places..as they also have..)what are the significance...of having these facilities...as we can find GOD ..EVEN in silence

Most of the old temples have large BELL at the entrance of the temple and you need to ring it before you enter temple.

A TEMPLE BELL is a scientific phenomena; it is not just your ordinary metal. It is made of various metals including cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, nickel, chromium and. manganese. Some people cant be focussed even when they are in a place of worship. So Bell is a device to wake them up.....and tell them...hey u r here!
But todays crowded and congested world is full of NOISE, bell only adds to the noise.
It is a disturbance! But traditions are never stopped by any religion!

It is a Spiritually uplifting experience,
the sound of the bells in a holy place.
Especially from a temple.

The sound of BELLS & CONCHES dispel evil spirits from the radius of the area itz heard.....thatz there is a ritual to sound the bell & conches in temples.....
