Yes Joyeshji I had been to Arunachal three times in my life.
Arunachal Pradesh pronunciation ,is the easternmost state of India. Arunachal Pradesh shares a border with the states of Assam to the south and Nagaland to the southeast. Myanmar lies towards the east, Bhutan towards the west, and Tibet to the north. Itanagar is the capital of the state. Though Arunachal Pradesh is administered by India, the People's Republic of China holds a territorial claim over portions of the state.,recentally during our Prime Ministers visit to Arunachal.
Arunachal Pradesh means "land of the rising sun. ( it is your separate question also) in reference to its position as the easternmost state of India.
in Arunachal Pradesh are either of Tibeto-Burman or indigenous tribal origin. Another 16% of the population are immigrants, including 30,000 Bangladeshi and Chakma expatriates, and migrants from other parts of India, notably Assam and Nagaland.
