The main problem people faced is the Analytical models which are based on Logic with Observations .This Analysis is totally Mathematics based, now those who do not have firm Basics they find it very difficult to co-op with Sciences .Specially the main branches of Science,viz Physics and Chemistry .
The foundation starts with introduction of Algebra with number systems in middle classes in India .

Any subject is hard unless you find a good teacher who creates interest in student which makes it easy.
