Its imposible to laugh and worry at the same time.
Worrying interferes with your day to day functioning,it pressurises your mind and comes in the way of its activity. You lose concerntration and generally lose the initiative to perform.
Laughter, on the other hand has a positive influnce on your mind. It gives you a great feeling and for that moment , you dont worry at all.
we should look for opportunities to have fun, whether at work or play as we live our life. It only takes a positive attitude.

Humour is not a trick, not jokes. Humour is the presence in the world ---like grace---and shines on every day.
